Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity
As our new Marketing Coordinator, you will support TCR Group's daily marketing operations and help strengthen our brand across our global network. You work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and teams worldwide, bringing structure, energy, and a hands-on mindset to every assignment.

Your role blends group marketing support, event coordination, and content creation. You contribute to the rollout of our global marketing strategy, support local teams with their marketing needs, and help ensure consistent, high-quality communication across the organisation.
Group marketing support
- Support the Group Marketing Manager in implementing the annual marketing plan with a proactive, energetic approach.
- Act as the first point of contact for marketing requests from local entities across all regions.
- Help translate our global brand into local actions, ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging.
- Coordinate website content updates, follow analytics, and track performance.
- Set up and support LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid): audience definition, creation, execution, follow-up, and reporting.
Event coordination
This role is hybrid: you organise most events from behind your desk, while occasionally travelling when onsite support is needed.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning, organising, and coordinating internal and external events from start to finish.
- Managing logistics, timelines, budgets, suppliers, and internal alignment.
- Preparing briefings, running follow-up meetings, and maintaining strict oversight of all practicalities.
- Keeping internal stakeholders informed — pushing progress where needed.
- Overseeing operational arrangements with organisers, venues, and partners.
- Bringing fresh ideas to enhance future events.
This role suits someone who enjoys structure, planning, and bringing order to many moving parts.
Content creation & communication
- Facilitate both external and internal communication.
- Work closely with HR on internal communication initiatives.
- Draft short-form content for LinkedIn and other TCR channels, clear, engaging, and aligned with our tone of voice.
- Help design or adapt visual materials (presentations, flyers, social templates) and ensure branding consistency.
- Review design work from local teams or agencies, identifying what works and what needs refinement.
- Translate brand guidelines into daily content and formats across channels.
- Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (basic level), Canva, Figma, Storykit, or video tools to execute or adapt content.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or any other relevant field
- Demonstrates strong organisational and planning skills (structured, hands-on, proactive, driven)
- Is outgoing and confident, gets energy from helping others
- Possesses an eye for design and the ability to write short, impactful content (captions, updates, event posts)
- Has experience creating or adapting visual materials (Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar)
- Is a strong communicator, fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
