The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations team at headquarters. This person should be highly analytical and technically adept to help our business make smarter, data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, AI, and modern data tools to build dashboards, predictive models, and decision-support systems across safety, operations, supply chain and telematics domains.

This role bridges business needs and technology solutions, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive performance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making across operations, supply chain, telematics, and safety

• Lead and contribute to data quality and data improvement initiatives, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and usability of business-critical data

• Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support operational excellence

• Develop predictive and prescriptive AI/ML models that generate actionable business insights and support process optimization

• Integrate multiple data sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability for analysis

• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement

• Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, particularly AI and advanced analytics, and evaluate their applicability to the business
  

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field,

• Strong knowledge of analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R),

• Experience with AI/ML model development and deployment in a business context,

• Familiarity with operations, supply chain management, telematics, and safety-related data is a strong plus,

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into business strategies,

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
