Operational Excellence Manager

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across TCR’s operational processes.
In this role, you’ll act as the process owner for our core operational workflows and help local entities optimize their performance through better processes, systems, and training.

Operational Efficiency (70%)
Partner with local operations to standardize, improve efficiency, problem-solve, and provide expert guidance.
Monitor performance through KPIs, audits, and reporting.
Identify process gaps and ensure action plans and audit findings are closed on time.
Lead improvement initiatives across processes, systems, training, and organizational setup.
Develop and implement improvement plans that deliver measurable impact.
Process Ownership (30%)
Own end-to-end operational processes - from order creation to invoicing, including supply chain workflows.
Ensure processes are efficient, documented, relevant, and consistently maintained.
Manage the development pipeline: gather feedback, validate business cases, track progress, and confirm benefits realization.
Lead and support a strong key-user community across countries and regions.
Work closely with other process owners to ensure seamless

Standardized, efficient processes adopted across all entities
Up-to-date, effective operational training programs
Continuous improvement actions delivering measurable results
Reliable performance monitoring with timely audit follow-up
An active, aligned key-user community
Proper SAP governance and role usage
Strong operational support that improves local workflows
We are looking for someone with:
+10 years of experience in relevant/similar positions
Deep understanding of end-to-end operational and supply chain processes
Strong continuous improvement mindset with the ability to build solid business cases
Sharp ability to distinguish true priorities from noise and drive high-impact decisions
Analytical skills: KPI tracking, audit interpretation, performance monitoring
Experience with the introduction and implementation of LEAN methodologies is considered a strong plus
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across countries and functions
Clear and structured communication, with the ability to guide and influence
