The opportunity

We’re looking for an Azure Cloud Support Engineer to help operate, support and continuously improve our Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments from our HQ near Brussels.

This role is ideal for a strong Level 2 or early Level 3 engineer who wants to deepen expertise in Azure cloud operations, automation and platform reliability — supported by senior cloud engineers, modern tooling and real ownership.

What you’ll do

• Provide L2–L3 support for Azure cloud, hybrid infrastructure and platform incidents

• Operate and monitor Azure environments with a focus on stability, security and scalability

• Take end to end ownership of incidents, including troubleshooting and RCA

• Contribute to automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives

• Apply cloud security and governance best practices

• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and support L1/L2 colleagues

What success looks like

• Fewer recurring incidents through solid root cause analysis

• Faster incident resolution and better observability

• Practical automation that reduces manual effort

• Growing steadily towards full Level 3 Cloud Engineer scope

You bring

• ~5 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure or IT operations

• Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure (Entra ID, VMs, networking, storage)

• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking & security fundamentals

• Experience with Citrix Workspace / Virtual Apps & Desktops

• Experience in an ITIL / ITSM driven environment

• PowerShell scripting experience or strong motivation to develop it

• Fluent English (our working language)

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)

• AKS / containers, CI/CD, Azure security, FinOps, observability
