The opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our fast-paced, growing corporate environment. This is a key role at HQ, supporting our Executive Committee and ensuring the office runs smoothly every day.
You will be the backbone of our office operations, providing trusted executive support, overseeing workplace management, and creating an efficient and positive environment for both leadership and employees.

Executive and Management Support:
• Act as the first point of contact for the Executive committee, managing their schedules and prioritizing appointments effectively.
• Provide administrative support to the executive team.
• Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries for executives, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and related logistics.
Office Operations & Facility Management:
• Partner with the Office Assistant to ensure excellent front-desk reception, effective meeting setup, and administrative support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Oversee office supplies and inventory management, ensuring smooth day to day operations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, liaising with suppliers and building management when needed.
• Manage office access, badges, ... at HQ.
Who we are looking for someone who
• Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· • Has exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
· • Is discrete and professional in handling confidential information.
· • Is hands-on, pro-active, solution-oriented, and consistently goes the extra mile to support the team
