The opportunity

We are seeking an Information Security Coordinator to join our IT Delivery team and play a central role in strengthening and coordinating information and cybersecurity across TCR Group.

You will act as the security champion at a tactical level, ensuring that security risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in line with TCR’s security strategy, regulatory obligations, and business priorities.

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

Security governance & roadmap

• Co-own and champion information security within the TCR security governance model.

• Drive and maintain the information security roadmap, aligned with business priorities and budget.

• Translate security policies and standards into practical processes and controls for IT and business teams.

Risk management & compliance

• Identify, assess, and monitor information and IT security risks across the group.

• Maintain the security risk register and follow up on mitigation actions.

• Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g. GDPR, ISO standards, NIS2 where applicable).

Security projects & controls

• Coordinate security-related initiatives such as access management, vulnerability management, DLP, or network segmentation.

• Embed “secure by design” principles into IT projects and platform implementations.

• Work closely with IT teams and external partners to implement effective security controls.

Operations oversight & incident support

• Oversee vulnerability management and patching compliance in collaboration with IT Operations

• Contribute to incident response preparedness, including plans and playbooks.

• Act as a key coordination point during security incidents, supporting investigation, communication, and follow-up

Awareness, reporting & stakeholders

• Design and continuously improve the group-wide cybersecurity awareness program.

• Track and report on security KPIs such as phishing simulations and training completion.

• Prepare security reporting for IT Management, Group Leadership, and Board-level audiences.

• Coordinate external security partners, auditors, and regional stakeholders.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has at least 4 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or IT risk management.

• Has experience coordinating security initiatives in a complex, multi-entity or international environment.

• Brings a solid understanding of security frameworks and controls (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST concepts

• Is familiar with domains such as vulnerability management, access management, data protection, and incident response

• Can translate security requirements into pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.

• Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Works comfortably in a coordinating role without direct hierarchical authority.
