Workplace Health Surveillance Administrator - Part Time - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
The Opportunity
Join our HR team as a Workplace Health Surveillance Administrator, playing a vital role in coordinating and delivering our workplace health surveillance and occupational health programmes. You will ensure all assessments are scheduled, tracked, and completed accurately and on time, supporting compliance, employee wellbeing, and operational continuity. This is a highly organised and detail-focused role with strong collaboration across managers, employees, and external providers.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate health surveillance bookings in line with role requirements, risk assessments, and statutory obligations.
Arrange occupational health assessments, including pre-employment screenings and management referrals.
Monitor and chase occupational health reports and results to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate and confidential health surveillance records and tracking systems.
Liaise with managers, employees, and external providers to ensure attendance and compliance.
Track re-test and review dates to maintain ongoing compliance.
Support internal audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
Provide general HR administrative support as required.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
Skills & Experience
Previous administration or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing bookings, appointments, or external service providers.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong IT skills, including Excel and tracking systems.
Experience in a compliance-driven or regulated environment (desirable).
Knowledge of workplace health surveillance or occupational health processes (desirable).
