Purchase Lead

The Purchase Lead is responsible for overseeing procurement, logistics and inventory management within TCR Belgium. Additionally, this role involves operations support and acting as a back-up key user for SAP. This role ensures that all procurement activities are executed efficiently and cost-effectively and that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Purchase Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining the company's high standards in leasing and maintenance of GSE, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

PURCHASE
Ensure effective end-to-end procurement processes in collaboration with the purchase team and the wider organization, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and strong supplier relations.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to pro-actively meet operational requirements.
Overseeing the logistics operations.
Overseeing the purchase team in their day-to-day activities
BACK-UP KEY USER SAP
Act as a back-up key user for SAP, providing support and troubleshooting for users.
Assist in the development and implementation of SAP processes and enhancements.
What are we looking for:
Languages: Dutch, English, French
Standard software: Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP
Hands-on and not afraid to make your hands dirty
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Problem-solving
Good understanding of procurement and inventory management processes
