The opportunity
TCR is entering its next phase of growth, backed by strong shareholders and a clear ambition to scale further across Europe. This role will directly shape where and how we win in that phase.
You will operate at Group level, working in close partnership with the CCO and the Regional Managing Directors at ExCom level to originate, structure and close deals across markets.
You will be in the market, with customers and at airports, building long-term relationships and turning them into structured, high-value agreements.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to customers and who takes ownership from first contact to signed contract. This is a complex, asset-heavy business with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Success comes from combining strong relationship building with disciplined dealmaking and the ability to align stakeholders internally and externally.
What you will do
Drive new growth across Europe: Develop new airports, countries and strategic accounts. Build a pipeline through your own network and market presence.
Shape and grow key accounts: Work on selected large customers to develop regional or multi-country growth opportunities and long-term partnerships.
Lead complex deals end to end: Take opportunities from first contact to contract signature. Define the commercial approach, lead the financial structuring and drive negotiations.
Structure high-value agreements: Negotiate long-term service contracts and structured commercial deals, including asset-based solutions such as sale and lease back where relevant.
Work across the Group: Work closely with the CCO, Regional Managing Directors at ExCom level and entity MDs. Align priorities and drive deals forward across a matrix organisation.
Build a strong market presence: Develop and maintain a network across ground handlers, airports, airlines and relevant partners. Be visible in the market and active at industry events and fairs.
What success looks like
A self-built pipeline of opportunities across multiple European markets
Strong relationships with key industry players across airports, airlines and ground handlers
Strategic deals progressing from concept to advanced negotiation and signature
Credibility internally as a trusted partner to the CCO, Regional Managing Directors and entity MDs
A visible presence in the market, with an active and relevant network
What we are looking for
This is a senior role for someone who has already operated at this level in a comparable environment.
You should have:
A proven track record of originating and closing complex, multi-year B2B deals with senior stakeholders
Experience owning the structure, negotiation and outcome of deals
Strong deal and financial acumen, with the ability to lead the value logic and structuring of proposals
Solid experience in negotiating long-term commercial agreements
A network or credibility in aviation or a closely related industry in Europe
You should be:
Comfortable operating at senior level with customers and internal leadership
At ease in a role combining autonomy, travel and internal alignment
Energised by being in the market, meeting customers and building partnerships
Fluent in English, any other major European language is a strong plus
Ready to travel frequently across Europe
