The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Expert to join our HR team. In this role, your focus is to proactively identify, engage and convince high calibre candidates in a competitive and scarce market. You do not rely on inbound applications
You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and engaging candidates to supporting hiring managers in making the high-quality hiring decisions. While recruitment remains your core focus, you will also contribute to broader talent acquisition projects within an international environment.

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Take full ownership of critical vacancies from intake to hire, with clear accountability for delivery, timeline and quality.
Proactively identify, approach and engage candidates through various channels, with a strong focus on direct sourcing (including IT profiles).
Drive difficult searches forward and maintain momentum despite setbacks or rejection
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including screening, interviewing and follow-up with candidates.
Act as a trusted partner for hiring managers, challenging and guiding them to ensure quality hiring decisions
Close candidates through a clear and proactive follow up approach. Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage.
Engage and influence senior candidates and hiring managers at director level with credibility
International Collaboration
Work closely with colleagues across different countries to support them in finding and attracting the right talent.
Understand local market challenges and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
Contribute to building a consistent yet flexible recruitment approach across regions.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Support and drive talent acquisition related projects such as:
Training hiring managers and HR colleagues on our ATS
Employer branding initiatives together with Marketing and local teams
Participation in job fairs and events
Contributing to employee ambassador programmes
Continuously improve sourcing strategies, tools and ways of working.
We are looking for an individual who
Has a track record of successfully filling complex or hard-to-fill roles, including IT profiles.
Is comfortable engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders and candidates.
Demonstrates persistence and resilience in challenging recruitment situations.
Thinks beyond standard sourcing channels and actively explores alternative approaches.
Takes ownership and does not wait for direction when facing roadblocks.
Has strong influencing and selling skills to engage passive candidates.
Is comfortable managing stakeholders and building strong relationships with hiring managers.
Has excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Is proactive, hands-on and solution oriented.
