I bring over 25 years of experience across all HR functions, with strong expertise in compensation and benefits management. Throughout my career, I have also been involved in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and HR operations, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business goals.
I am passionate about building a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and continuously improving HR processes to support organizational growth.
