Commercial and Fleet Support Coordinator
The opportunity
TCR is looking for a Commercial & Fleet Support Coordinator to keep fleet and contract data accurate in our ERP systems and ensure smooth commercial operations across North America. This role connects data management, contract administration, and logistics coordination, supporting our growing business.
This is a hybrid role, allowing 1-2 days of remote work.
A snapshot of what you will be doing here:
ERP & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet information (asset status, location, technical specifications) in the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate business partner profiles, contract conditions, and related commercial records in ERP.
- Monitor and safeguard data quality, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Generate standardized and ad hoc fleet reports to support management decisions.
Contract Implementation Support:
- Support the onboarding of new customers/contracts by gathering key information from the local teams.
- Coordinate with Fleet, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure proper contract implementation in ERP.
- Coordinate with Group Shared Services and HQ teams for specific ERP actions.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination:
- Act as point of contact with outsourced logistics providers for GSE movements.
- Ensure transport and vendor invoices are properly validated and processed.
- Maintain visibility on movements, costs, and timelines without hands-on execution.
Stakeholder Interaction & Reporting:
- Serve as an internal reference point for fleet/contract data and ERP-related queries.
- Provide accurate and timely data reports to support contract reviews, customer updates, and audits.
We are looking for an individual who has:
- 2+ years of experience in ERP data management, commercial administration, or contract coordination.
- Strong system skills, with ability to quickly learn ERP management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data handling.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
