The Opportunity
TCR Group is a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions that keep airports running smoothly worldwide. With over 1,800 employees across 200+ airports, we provide mission-critical rental, leasing, and maintenance services that airlines and handlers rely on every day.
As an Operations Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, keeping systems, timesheets and work orders running smoothly while supporting teams in a dynamic, safety-focused aviation environment.
A snapshot of what you will be doing here:
Provide timely, accurate administrative and work order processing support to accounts, compliance and service departments
Maintain and take ownership of timesheet processing.
General office duties including mail, scanning, photocopying, filing, and archiving.
Assist operations administrators and operations managers as required.
Promote a safety-first approach.
Acquire exposure to the unique nature of the Aviation Industry.
Expected to be scheduled for approx. 24 hours per week ((4 days).
Who we're looking for:
Experience working with Microsoft Office365 - Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience managing accurate and timely data entry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fantastic organisational skills, having the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage your time.
A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player
Flexibility. Having the ability to thrive in a dynamic role, working with multiple team members and handling projects outside your original job description.
Previous experience working in dealership/automotive/workshop settings would be highly regarded.
Experience with SAP – highly regarded.
