The Opportunity

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll manage service requests, schedule and track maintenance, coordinate technicians, and ensure materials, documentation, and approvals are in place for timely job completion.

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

• Monitor and manage the central service inbox, raising and allocating Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work orders while ensuring system accuracy, compliance and appropriate checks and balances.

• Plan and coordinate Preventative Maintenance and corrective works, proactively scheduling service orders to prevent overdue services and maintain PM compliance.

• Manage the central scheduling calendar and collaborate with Supervisors in daily planning to effectively allocate technician workloads.

• Monitor service activities through reporting systems to ensure work is prioritised and progressed in line with operational requirements.

• Collaborate with customers, technicians, and subcontractors to log requests, monitor ongoing and regional works, provide progress updates, and ensure all documentation is accurately completed and filed.

• Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure materials are prepared and available on time.

• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and approvals to support timely job progression.

Who we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a maintenance planning, scheduling, service coordination or operational support role

• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and proactiveness.

• High attention to detail, particularly in documentation, reporting, and task allocation.

• Positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player.
