The Opportunity
TCR Group is a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions that keep airports running smoothly worldwide. With over 1,800 employees across 200+ airports, we provide mission-critical rental, leasing, and maintenance services that airlines and handlers rely on every day.
A snapshot of what you will be doing here:
Support qualified mechanics with the repair and servicing of vehicles and equipment.
Carry out basic welding tasks with a strong focus on quality and safety.
Assist with rolling stock maintenance and repair activities.
Support spare parts operations including receiving, stocking, pick-up, and delivery.
Prepare, pack, and issue freight deliveries.
Maintain workshop and yard cleanliness, ensuring tools and equipment are kept in good condition.
Provide support across stores duties and general workshop tasks.
Work collaboratively on a wide range of specialised Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
Promote and uphold a strong safety-first culture at all times.
Who we're looking for:
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Previous experience in basic mechanics or vehicle servicing is desirable.
Welding experience is highly regarded.
Hold a current and valid manual “C” class Driver’s License.
MR license and forklift certification are desirable.
A strong focus on safety standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.
A positive attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
