Join a global leader in Ground Support Equipment Maintenance with opportunities to grow in a collaborative environment. Bring your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of ground support equipment in a fast-growing team.

4 days on 4 days off shifts or Monday-Friday

As a Fabricator at TCR, you will:

Conduct fabrication and assembly, installation and fitting, quality control and maintenance and repairs.
Follow service guidelines, commit to safety through Zero Harm principles and promote a safety-first approach.
Utilize the wide variety of equipment and the unique nature of aviation equipment as an opportunity for you to bring a wide collection of knowledge, skills and experience to the role.
Report daily to the Shift Supervisor.
Collaborate with fabricators, technicians, and assistants to develop and implement effective solutions.
Work with multiple unique GSE specialised equipment.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:

Relevant Trade Qualification in Welding/Fabrication.
Previous experience with aluminum welding to AS/NZS 1665.
Basic mechanical/repair aptitude advantageous.
Hold a current and valid Driver's License.
A strong focus on safety standards and relevant company policies & procedures.
Experience working within procedural guidelines.
A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player.
→ Pre-employment police and medical checks are mandatory for this position.
