The Opportunity
TCR Group is a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions that keep airports running smoothly worldwide. With over 1,800 employees across 200+ airports, we provide mission-critical rental, leasing, and maintenance services that airlines and handlers rely on every day.
We're looking for a Key Account Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Ground Support Equipment field while working closely to the aviation industry, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values operational excellence, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our airline and ground handling partners.
A snapshot of what you will be doing
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly reports to provide operational insights
- Participate in operational meetings, capturing clear meeting minutes and action items.
- Create presentations and supporting materials for client meetings.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the customer portal, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
- Assist in creating, updating and distributing marketing materials.
- Provide proactive administrative support to the commercial team, including stakeholder follow-ups and coordination activities.
Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in administration, preferably within aviation, transport, maintenance or technical service environments.
- Strong communication and administrative skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with all levels from technicians to corporate executives.
- Ability to analyse data to create monthly and quarterly reports
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and comfort working with digital platforms (Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, FSM, Canva, SAP etc.).
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet, take initiative and maintain calm under pressure.
